In todays retail, hospitality and healthcare world, more and more employees need to free their hands to carry things, serve dishes, take notes and more. The Yealink WHM621 with Charging Cable is a DECT Headset that works with the Yealink W70B DECT Base, Yealink W80 Multi-Cell System and the Yealink W90 Multi-Cell System, to provide such flexibility.

The Headset can register to the DECT Base directly as a standalone device or share a SIP account with a DECT Handset to dial out or manage a call. With DECT Technology the Headset can provide a stable connection and excellent operating range of up to 300m outdoors (in ideal conditions) and up to 50m indoors, allowing you to move freely without worrying about the range.

Besides basic calling features like answer, reject, hold and mute, the Headset also has a PTT Feature (Push to Talk). Send instant Push to Talk messages or set up a full duplex Push to Talk meeting via the Headset to ensure that the whole team is tightly connected.

The intercom feature allows you to make internal calls without a network and the intercom call is free. The Headset provides all day wearing comfort.

Be Heard Clearly

With Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology, the two Microphones built in the WHM621 Headset block out backgroud noise automatically, but ensure that participants voices can be heard clearly, enhancing and boosting communicaton efficiency.

Push to Talk

Setup a Push to Talk Meeting - Simply hold the Call Control Button and speak, all participants in the meeting group will be able to hear you and the voices are transmitted in Full Duplex. When you have finished just release the Call Control Button.

The Call Control Buton and Mute can be pressed at the same time to allow the meeting to be paused for up to 3 minutes, allowing you to talk handsfree to indvidual particpants.

Forget traditional Walkie Talkies - Yealinks Full Duplex Technology enables both talking and listening - everyone can hear and be heard clearly.

The Yealink WHM621 Headset with Charging Cable can be used in Two Different Modes - Paired Mode and Stand Alone Mode

Paired Mode

When in Paired Mode, the Headset is synchronised with an exisiting Yealink DECT Handset. For example a common phone number can be used and the call can be made via the Handset, then the call can be pushed into the WHM621 Headset.

Standalone Mode

When in Standalone Mode the WHM621 functions as a standalone phone, this means that it has an SIP account.
