Designed for medium meeting rooms, the Yealink MVC640 Microsoft Teams Wireless Room Video Conference System is a Bundle Video Solution that consists of - Yealink MCore Mini PC, Yealink UVC84 USB PTZ 4K Camera, Two x Yealink CPW90 Wireless Microphones, Yealink Sound Bar and Yealink MTouch II Touch Panel, bringing everything you need to interact, connect, and collaborate with internal and external users seamlessly and intelligently.

Yealink MVC Series are native and easy to use Video Conferencing Solutions specially designed for Microsoft Teams Rooms. The MVC series provides a full scene Video Conference Solution to cover all of the meeting rooms from small to large. According to the unique characteristics of the video conferencing room, a high performance Mini PC is specially released. In the design of Mini PC, it takes into account both aesthetics and practicability, that fully integrating the cable management with itself to provide a flexible and reliable deployment solution for any meeting room. The MVC series features the native Microsoft Teams tailored user interface that is easy to be operated with close to zero learning curve, and you just walk into the meeting room and start your scheduled Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business meeting with one-touch join. Yealink MVC640-Wireless-CPW90 includes two CPW90 wireless microphones and a 4K UVC84 USB PTZ camera with 12x optical zoom to meet the requirements of medium meeting room.

The Yealink UVC84 is a 4K PTZ Camera suitable for medium rooms and for large rooms with the perfect display in everyone and every detail. Featured 4K Camera, Auto Framing, and Integrated with Audio, the UVC84 delivers true to life communication by precisely reproducing every moment and detail.

Covering a wide field of view of 80°, with mechanical pan, tilt easily done by remote control or Yealink Camera Control plug-in Software, the UVC84 brings more efficient collaboration. Moreover, the revolutionised new ID design and multiple installation options make the UVC84 ideal for any professional meeting space.

Microsoft Teams Tailored User Interface Smooth Conference Experience

Native Microsoft Teams tailored user interface offers a one touch meeting join. Designed with the idea of multi-function all-in-one, the MTouch II Touch Panel allows you easily perform call control, camera control, content sharing and other functions. At the same time, MTouch II has a built-in Human Motion Sensor and the conference system can be automatically waken up and you can immediately start the conference.

The CPW90 Wireless Microphone works with Yealink Soundbar together to guarantee you a high quality audio solution. Perfect for medium size rooms, the Yealink CPW90 supports a 360 degree voice pickup range at a radius of up to 10 feet (3 meters) without any wiring troubles. Participants can speak comfortably by moving the CPW90 Wireless Microphone freely around the conference table.

Multiple Mounting Options - Simplified Connections

The MCore Mini PC can be set up according to particular room layout. It can be mounted on the wall or left on the table, the MCore cable management solution integrates data and power supply into one CAT5e Cable, simplifying the complicated connections and reducing deployment time.

Content Sharing in Real Time

The unique wireless content sharing solution provides participants with maximum flexibility, that a one-click content sharing can be simply realised by plugging into the Yealink WPP20 Wireless Prensentation Pod. With a high resolution of 1080P/30 frames, it provides users with a better content sharing experience. Besides, the wired content sharing is also available by connecting to the USB-C port or HDMI port. Please note that the Yealink WPP20 is not included with this Bundle and will need to be purchased separately.

Remote Management

Yealink MVC Series of Video solutions support the Yealink Device Management Platform/Cloud Service. You can manage, monitor, configure, update and diagnose all Yealink audio and video devices and peripherals on this platform remotely.
