About the Headset

The Yealink BH72 Bluetooth Wireless Business Headset provides a stylish appearance, with High Definition Audio Quality, Retractable Hidden Microphone Arm Technology and Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology supported by Dual Microphones. Users can quickly transform any place into an office, providing the user with a mix of both high definition, professional audio and optimised music playback experience. The BH72 is available in three versions, BH72 Lite Headset, BH72 Headset, and BH72 Headset with Charging Stand.

The metal arm design of the Headset makes it more textured and the soft Ear Cushions embedded with soft sponge and wrapped in skin friendly protein leather, make the Headset more comfortable to wear. The Retractable Hidden Microphone Arm unmutes calls when it is retracted, when the microphone is hidden the Microphone is muted.

To charge the BH72 Headset on the BHC76 Wireless Charging Stand (BHC76 Wireless Charging Stand not Included with some versions - it is included with this version) align the middle of the charging area of the device with the charging icon, it takes up to 3 hours for a full charge and provides up to 35 hours of talk time and up to 40 hours of music time on a full charge. The Wireless Charging Stand can not only charge the BH72 Headset but can also charge Mobile Phones if the Mobile Phone is Qi enabled. The Headset can also be charged via the included USB Cable and charging via the USB Cable takes up to 2 hours.

Connect the Headset to a PC by using the included Yealink BT51 Dongle via Bluetooth, the Headset can be connected to your Mobile Phone via Bluetooth. Touch Control Buttons/LED Indicators on the right ear of the Headset for - Volume Up, Multiple Function Button - Answer, Hang-Up, Call, Play Music, Volume Down, USB Port for charging, Mute, Busylight and Power Button - to Power the Headset on hold the Power Button for 2 seconds and the LED Indicator should be green when the Headset is turned on, to power off hold the Power Button for 2 seconds and the LED Indicator should show be red when the Headset is turned off.

On the left ear of the Headset there is a button for UC or Microsoft Teams dependent on the variant purchased. Yealink USB Connect software can be downloaded from the Yealink website so the Headset can be updated, to see the Headsets status and to set the Headset..

Multi-Functional Wireless Charger (Not Supported with BH72 Lite)

With its long battery life of up to 35 hours talk time, up to 40 hours of music time and up to 112 hours of standby time, the BH72 saves users from always having to reach for the charger. The Qi Charging Stand provides easy charging whilst on the desk, the charger works with any device that supports Qi. The Charging Stand is included with this product but is an optional accessory with other versions of the BH72 Headset, however the Charging Stand is not compatible with the BH72 Lite Version as the Lite Version does not support Wireless Charging.

Visible Busylight

Visibility Indicators built into both sides of the BH72 automatically light up red when you are on a call or attend a meeting reducing interruptions and advising colleagues that you are not to be disturbed, allowing the conversation to be focused on. The Yealink BH72 Series is available in UC and Teams variants. Platform selection can be either the variant chosen or via Yealink Connect Software.
