If you have out of warranty Plantronics or Jabra (GN Netcom) call-centre headsets which are faulty or broken, our workshop can repair them for you for a fraction of the cost of buying a new headset!
Headsets can be repaired within 5 working days. Once your headsets have been repaired we will carefully package them up and send them back to you within three working days. All of our repairs come with a six month warranty. In the unlikely event that your headset fails within the warranty period, we will fix it for free or provide a like-for-like, working headset.
In order to have your headset repaired, please package up the goods and include a cover note with the fault, your contact details and a return address, then ship the goods to the following address;
