Sennheiser SDW 5 BS - UK Base Station - Triple Connectivity to Desk Phone, PC/Softphone and Mobile Devices

The Sennheiser SDW 5 BS is a Base Station for the SDW 5000 Wireless DECT Series. It has triple connectivity to Softphone/PC, Desk Phone and Mobile Devices - Connect to Mobile Devices Using the Optional BTD 800 USB Dongle (Not Included). As well as being UC Optimised, its Certified for Skype for Business.

The Base Station SDW 5 BS is where everything connects and users have control over their devices, calls and Headset settings. Allowing users to answer calls from one single device - PC/Softphone, Desk Phone and Mobile Phone - Mobile Phone Connectivity via the optional BTD 800 USB Dongle (Not Included). The Base Station is a flexible communication hub that works with all SDW 5000 Series Headsets and can pair up to 4 SDW 5000 Headsets for conferencing.

For Hot Desking, it is possible to connect a wired Sennheiser Headset, Speakerphone or a Bluetooth® Headset using the USB Port on the side of the Base Station when the USB Port is not in use with a Dongle for Mobile Connectivity.

Higher Productivity

Advanced touch panels on the Base Station put users in total control of their calls and devices. The Base Station controls allow for the merging and unmerging of calls, the ability to toggle between calls, mute and unmute and play or pause music - all from one device. It is also possible to transfer calls between Headsets. For those using Mobile Phones, the USB Port on the Base Station can also be used to charge a Mobile Phone. For IT Managers its fast to configure using Sennheiser's HeadSetup™ Pro Manager.
