About the Reveal D5T

Not only are the Body Cameras easy to use, they are designed to be products that users are proud to wear, they have been adopted by a range of Industries and Sectors including frontline workers.

The D5T has all of the features and benefits of the D5, including 14 hours of recording time, one touch record and low lighting capabilities. Like all Reveal Cameras in the D-Series Range, the D5T comes with a lightweight ruggedised casing and a front facing screen - the front facing screen Bodycam's are used regularly by the Police Force, they have a proven calming effect on those being recorded making them ideal for de-escalting volatile situations.

Other features that the DT5 Bodycam includes are Bluetooth Triggers, GPS, Live Streaming over Wi-Fi and Mobile Hotspots.

The D5T Body Worn Camera is the tactical addition to the D-Series and is used by Specialist Police Forces including Firearms.

The Camera Lens is situated on an extendable cable, and it can be mounted in 4 different positions - left, right, back and base. Its versatility enables the camera to be tactically positioned on to any equipment or any uniform.

Even though the Reveal D5T has a rugged casing. it has a lightweight design and weighs only 185g, Its IP65 rating ensures that the Bodycam is ideal for use in adverse weather conditions.

• Active Display vs Stealth Mode - The screen does not need to be activated at all times - in some cases it is turned off but is still actively recording in Stealth Mode. With the D5T Stealth Mode shows no image on screen and the red light that indicates recording remains unlit but recording is still taking place

One Touch Record

In Body Camera's, a quick and simple action to start recording is an essential feature, the D5T features a red sliding switch that the user needs to slide into position to start recording.

Unbreakable Security

Reveal was the first manufacturer to introduce AES encryption in a Body Camera. It is important that footage is encrypted at the point of capture and remains encrypted until the upload process.

14 Hour Recording Time

Working closely with the chipset manufacturers, Reveal have used the latest Camera technology and power management techniques to optimise the electronics to ensure that the battery lasts for the entire shift.
