Choose from a Monaural Bundle - this enables both users to confer with colleagues if needed, Binaural Bundle - this enables both users to fully concentrate on calls, or a Combination of a Monaural and a Binaural Headset - the Monaural Headset for the trainer - this enables the trainer to listen in and train the operator as well conferring with colleagues if needed and the Binaural Headset for the trainee enabling them to concentrate fully on the call.
