The Project Connect 1 & Connect 2 Replacement Ear Cushion fits easily onto the Project Connect Headsets. Once the existing Ear Cushion has been removed, the Replacement Ear Cushion simply clips onto the speaker holder.

Replacing the Ear Cushions on a Headset should be a regular thing, like changing the oil in your car, changing them on regular basis helps prolong the life of the Headset and keeps it hygienic, especially if the Headset is passed on to new employees.
