The Audio Processor makes it easy for Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) to provide a better customer experience, it comes with easy to use call control and also helps Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) whilst training.
Working in mixed call environments and switching between Deskphone and Softphone calls has never been easier, Advanced Noise and Echo Cancellation ensures a crystal clearer and more natural conversation, SoundGuard® DIGITAL protects against sound levels above 118dBA; G616 Anti-startle (during calls) detects and eliminates any large sudden increase in signal level; Time-Weighted Average prevents average daily noise exposure from exceeding 85 dBA (enabled by Plantronics Hub).
Plantronics Manager Pro Software (Software-as-a-service Sold Separately) tracks analytics and gains insights from both Deskphones and Softphones, Managers and Trainers can track Headset usage and report call events, allowing operations to run much more smoothly.
