If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them (at your own expense) within 14 days of delivery date. All goods must be returned complete & undamaged with their original packaging, documentation, and manuals (if supplied) in an unused, resalable condition for a refund. In short, goods must be as if they are brand new.
We do advise that you use a tracked or recorded delivery service – we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore it is very important to provide adequate insurance for the return.
If goods sent back under the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee are missing parts, manuals, are damaged in any way, or are not in an unused resalable condition, we reserve the right to charge the cost of sending the goods back to you.
Please Note: We do not refund original postage & packing costs unless goods are found to be faulty.
