About the Training Bundle
The Project Telecom USB-C Training, Supervising and Coaching Bundle contains everything needed to enable a manager to listen in or join in on calls whilst training an operator.
This Bundle includes a Monaural Headset which is ideal for the Trainer (Manager) and a Binaural Headset which is ideal for the Trainee - the Monaural Headset enables the Manager to confer with colleagues if needed, the Binaural Headset blocks out background noise, allowing the Trainee to concentrate fully on the call.
The bundle is suitable for use with Headsets that have a Quick Disconnect feature, generally used with Softphones and Deskphones, like standard Desk Phones, Computers, Laptops, VoIP Desk Phones and Unified Communications products.
