The Mitex Link High Power UHF Two Way Radio is IP54 Rated and is Mitex's most compact IP Rated UHF model, its designed with versatility and ease of use in most environments. With a full 5-watt power output on UHF, the Mitex Link is a powerful, durable yet very compact Radio that delivers clear and reliable communications in most conditions.

The Mitex Link is supplied pre-programmed to the normal Link Channels and is ready to use straight out of the box, the Mitex Link also talks to the General Range of Radios on channel 9 through 15, as well as the Pro & DMR Units. Channels 13,14 and 15 are common across all Mitex UHF hand held portables. Channel 16 offers a scan like function. The Mitex Link applications are endless, providing a simple, compact and robust communication solution for consumers and businesses alike. The Mitex Link is widely used for activities such as Hiking, Cycling and Motorsport as well as being an effective tool in Schools, Shops as well as Industry and Warehouse Applications.

The Mitex Link is a perfect step up for the PMR446 user that has a more robust, powerful and private need than License Free Radios can provide. The Link will talk to any Standard Link straight from the box. Its also covered under the same licence making it ideal as a step up to a more Durable and Robust, but Compact IP54 Rated Unit to use with the Mitex General Two Way Radios.

Existing Mitex Headsets and Antennas can also be used with the Mitex Link and a new Six Way Charger will soon be available. Legal operation of these Radios requires a current Business Radio Light License, available from Ofcom at £75 for 5 years. One License covers an unlimited number of Two Way Radios. The License Application Form is included and is simple to fill out.
