The MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone offers an advanced range of features. When used together with a headset, it is also optimally designed for heavy telephone users, such as call centre agents.
Thanks to an integrated mini-switch, the cabling requirements are significantly reduced. The MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or from an optional mains power supply adapter. As a standard, 12 freely configurable keys are available for team, control and alarm functions.
The MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone can be equipped with a headset. Based on the DHSG standard, the headset can be used to control the volume, as well as to accept and clear down calls. Significantly reduced LAN (Local Area Network) cabling requirements thanks to an integrated mini switch.
Using this mini-switch connection, additional network terminals (e.g. PC, printer) can directly be connected. All models can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or from an optional mains power supply adapter. The MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone can easily be expanded with one additional keypad.

Design and user-friendliness
Touch-sensitive interactive keys and clear symbols for ease of use. In the blink of an eye the user is informed if calls are unanswered, messages left, etc. The status of their handset is also visible (call forwarded, alarms set, handsets locked, etc.).
The Mitel 5370 has a large screen making the use of interactive keys child’s play. With the central navigation key, the user can quickly browse through the programming menus of their handset and the call log.
Efficiency
Key telephony functions such as handsfree or volume adjustment are directly managed through the integrated fixed function keys. Programmable keys allow all the capacities of Aastra call servers to be used: group work with telephony presence, filtering, dialling a number by just pressing a key, activating differentiated forwarding. These keys include LEDs so users can instantly know the status of their handset.
On Aastra 5380ip and Aastra 5380, the search for contacts is facilitated by the alphabetical keypad and the search in the call server/PBX directory.
With one click, the absence key allows the user to forward calls to their voicemail or mobile phone, improving the answering service management and leaving no call unanswered. The LEDs guarantee excellent visibility while indicating voicemails or incoming calls.
