The JPL-Explore Microphone Boom Arm can be ordered separately as a spare or replacement part.

Longer Life - Due to the modular design of the JPL-Explore, if the Microphone Boom Arm breaks out of warranty, you only need to replace the part that has broken and not the full Headset. This means a longer life for the Headset and a cost saving as the complete Headset does not need to be replaced - only replace that part that needs replacing and not the complete Headset.
