About the JPL Element-BT500D

The JPL Element-BT500D is a patented design Bluetooth Headset with an interchangeable Headband from Dual to Single Speaker, this allows the user a choice of wearing styles to suit the way they work.

When Mobile Phones replace ordinary Phones in the Office, a comfortable and ergonomic solution is needed for employees who spend long hours on the phone, the JPL Element-BT500D is that solution, its a comfortable Headset with good sound quality, ideal for all day users.

The Headset includes a USB Bluetooth Dongle, and the Headset and Dongle are already pre-paired and are ready for use.

The BT500D provides comfortable all day use - fitted with 65mm Leatherette Ear Cushions and a Padded Headband, and is also designed Wideband Enabled Speakers with Sound Shield™ Hearing Protection. The fully Flexible Noise Cancelling Microphone allows users to have personal preference on where they want to position the Microphone, as well as being designed with Surround Shield™, which helps to block out any background noise even in the noisiest of environments.

The Headset provides Up to 20 Hours of Call Time and Up to 96 Hours of Standby Time, as well as a Quick Recharge Time of 60 to 90 Minutes. Call Controls on the Headset Include - Call Answer / Call End / Volume Control and a Dedicated Microphone Mute Button.

About the BT-220 Dongle

The JPL BT-220 is a small button Bluetooth Dongle that integrates with the JPL Element-BT500D Bluetooth Headset.

The BT-220 connects the Headset to the PC.

The Dongle is ready to use and is already paired with the Headset

Softphone interoperability through USB/computer with 3CX, Avaya One-X Agent, Broadsoft UC-one, Cisco Jabber, Counter Path, or Skype for Business with assistance from the JPL Gateway.

JPL Gateway software must be installed and running for remote call control functions to work with supported softphones.
