The IMPACT 860 has many impressive advanced features that include Plug and Play Connecitivty, 3 Beamforming Microphones, Smart Features that allow users to Initiate, End and Mute Calls simply by moving the Microphone Boom or putting on or taking off the Headset and a 360° Busylight that clearly signals to colleagues that you are on a call, so they know not to disturb you.

With so many distractions, employees find it difficult to concentrate, the IMPACT 860 uses EPOS BrainAdapt™ and industry leading Microphone Technology powered by EPOS AI™, its Noise Cancelling Microphone algorithm intelligently identifies noises around you, and the Microphone uses Beamforming Technology to scan the surrounding enviroment, allowing the noises to be identified and shut down, enabling  you to concentrate fully on the call.

The soft Padded Adjustable Headband and soft breathable Leatherette Ear Cushions with Memory Foam ensure a comfortable fit, ideal for those long days in the office and at home.
