Did you know that you could save money on your old and broken headsets by having them professionally repaired?

Rather than simply discarding unused telephone headsets, PMC Telecom offer a service where we can offer repair your headsets for you, bringing them back to an “as new” state, for a fraction of the cost of buying brand new, replacement headsets.

How it works

1. If you would like your headsets repaired, simply drop us a message via our headset repairs page
2. Our team will advise you on an approximate cost depending on the style and state of the headset.
3. Once the headset has been sent back to us and examined by our repair technicians we’ll contact you and give you an accurate and no obligation quote for the repair.
4. If you would like us to go ahead with the repair, we complete everything usually within five working days, your headsets are fully tested, carefully packaged up and returned to you.
5. If you are not happy with the quote, we simply return the headsets back to you.

Simple.

We can repair both corded and cordless headsets, and as part of our repair procedure, all replacement parts are replaced – that means, new ear cushions, voicetubes and a full clean of all non replaceable parts.

Headset repairs come with a 12 month warranty and are usually completed within five days meaning minimum downtime for you and your telephone operators.
