The 1165E features eight programmable buttons that support up to sixteen features/lines by using the shift key. The Nortel 1165E also has four soft keys for navigating the menu and a speakerphone for handsfree calling. The Nortel 1165E offers an integrated Gigabit 2 port Ethernet switch for sharing a high speed connection between your phone and computer at the same time.
