IP Colour Visual Alerter for Telephone, Safety, Security & Event Notification and Emergency Alerting - PoE

The Algo 8138 IP Colour Visual Alerter is a PoE IP Endpoint with Amber, Blue, Green and Red multi-colour LED's for visual notification. The outdoor rated PoE IP Strobe Light is designed for telephone ringing where noise, noise sensitivity or hearing impairment are at issue. Together with Algo IP Speakers, the 8138 is commonly deployed as part of public address (PA) and mass notification systems to visually alert for safety, security and for emergency events.

Activation is triggered by a telephone ring event using SIP registration to any leading VoIP UC Cloud and Premise Platform, The Algo 8138 Alerter is a fully compliant 3rd Party SIP Endpoint, making it compatible with most hosted cloud and premised based VoIP Telephone Systems.

The 8138 IP Color Visual Alerter is UL/CSA, FCC and CE certified.

360° Visibility

Whether flashing or steady on state, the bright LED's of the 8138 are visible from any direction, allowing installation in any orientation, including wall mount or ceiling mount. Each colour is produced by 16 separate ultra efficient and long life LED's pointing on axis and radially to provide up to 690 lumen flux and 190 peak candela.

Multicast Scalable

The Algo 8138 can be activated by an SIP ring event and configured to simultaneously transmit a multicast stream over the network to trigger as many other 8138 IP Visual Alerters as required and keep them synchronised with each other.

Safety & High Brightness LED's

The 8138 meets requirements of the IEC 62471 standard relating specifically to blue light and UV emission to be considered safe to view in all conditions. Photosensitive seizure is a risk for any flashing light however the Algo 8138& includes a steady state solid on option, low intensity settings and high frequency modulation for elimination of risk related to flicker.
