The 2N Access Unit 2.0 RFID 13.56 Mhz saves on cabling and maintenance. Its all in one functionality combines a reader and a controller into a single device - It simply needs connecting to an IP Network. The lock, exit button and door contact can be connected to the 2N Access Unit 2.0 directly. It also supports NFC, Offering users access with their Mobile Phone (with the My2N App) instead of an RFID Card.

Installation Options

As a standalone Access Unit, the Access Unit 2.0 requires a Frame Mount to be Flush Mounted or Surface Mounted.

The flush mounted Access Unit 2.0 protrudes around 5mm and looks elegant, of course if you do prefer you can install it on a surface, if you dont want to drill a hole you can stick the 2N Access Unit 2.0 onto a glass surface.

Surface Frame Mounts and Flush Frame Mounts are available separately in Nickel Finish and Black Finish:

IP54 Rating / IK08 Impact Rating

The 2N Access Unit 2.0 is built to withstand daily use and with an IP54 protection rating ensures that the Unit is protected from dust and water splashes, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

IK08 Impact Protection Rating enables the 2N Access Unit 2.0 to withstand 5 Joules of impact energy, ideal for areas where there is a risk of impact.
