About the 2N® Access Unit 2.0 Fingerprint Reader

The 2N Access Unit 2.0 Fingerprint Reader is an all in one Biometric Access Control Device, featuring a high precision Optical Touch Sensor, protected by toughend glass, that provides maximum security, reliability, and rapid fingerprint recognition.

The Optical Sensor ensures accurate and fast access control, its ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments, IP network connectivity ensures seamless integration with your existing security infrastructure.

False fingerprint detection ensures that only users with registered fingerprints can gain access.

Powered by PoE or by optional 12V Power Supply. The robust materials, construction and IP54 rating protect the Fingerprint Reader from dust, water and corrosion.

Eliminate the need for keys or cards. Protect your premises with a robust fingerprint based system. Ideal for homes, schools, offices, and other locations.

Installation Options

As a standalone Access Unit, the Fingerprint Reader requires a Frame Mount to be Flush Mounted or Surface Mounted.

Surface Frame Mounts and Flush Frame Mounts are available separately in Nickel Finish and Black Finish:

IK08 Impact Protection Rating enables the 2N Access Unit 2.0 to withstand 5 Joules of impact energy, ideal for areas where there is a risk of impact.
